Lakeside relaxation and wellness getaways
A stroll through Annecy, lunch by the lake or a relaxing break in Évian, Aix-les-Bains or Saint-Gervais can make for an enjoyable day out. Before booking your transport, check the opening days and availability of your chosen restaurant, spa or venue.
For trips to Semnoz, the Aravis mountains or the Glières plateau, your itinerary should take account of the weather, road conditions and return time. A November outing needs different planning from a summer excursion: bring suitable clothing and allow some flexibility in your plans.
The first Christmas outings in Annecy
The Tourist Office lists Noël des Alpes from 26 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. Plan an outing with family or friends and arrange your return journey in advance. Check the Noël des Alpes programme with the Tourist Office before travelling, as event times and access arrangements may change.

Plan ahead for your winter 2026–2027 stay
Planning a stay in Chamonix, Megève, La Clusaz, Morzine, Avoriaz or another Alpine resort? November is a good time to share your transport requirements. Ski area opening dates vary by resort and snow conditions: check the official calendar before confirming your stay.
To select the right vehicle and organise your transfer, please provide:
- the number of adults and children, including children’s ages if a child seat is required;
- the number of suitcases and any skis, snowboards or pushchairs;
- your accommodation’s full address and any access restrictions;
- your arrival and return times, as well as any onward connections.
Mountain journeys are planned with road conditions in mind. Snow or access restrictions may require adjustments. Bookings remain subject to vehicle availability and confirmation of your journey.
